Mother's Day

On Sunday, May 11, the Mariner's Table is the place to be.

Bring Mom to our beautiful secluded cove, just 25 minutes from uptown Saint John. Sit out on our deck and listen to the waves crashing on the rocks below, or simply enjoy the clean country air as you stroll our landscaped grounds.

Our Mother's Day Brunch will be served from 12 noon until 2PM, at a price of $21.95/person (plus gratuity and applicable taxes). Mother's Day Dinner will be served from 6PM until 9PM, at a price of $39.95 person (plus gratuity and applicable taxes). To reserve a table, click here.

Mother's Day Brunch Menu


Includes:
A handmade Belgian chocolate truffle
Coffee or tea
Milk or orange juice
A glass of sparkling wine or a Mimosa (sparkling wine and orange juice)
A choice of
Deep Dish French Toast
Slices of tender, flaky brioche soaked in rich custard,
studded with cream cheese and local berries, and baked "upside
down" over maple-butterscotch sauce. Served with local
farmhouse bacon, a dollop of real whipped cream, and fresh fruit.
Or:
Lobster Quiche
A generous wedge of handmade pastry filled with eggs, cream,
fresh herbs, and local Chance Harbour lobster. Served with
a drizzle of fresh handmade Hollandaise sauce and a crisp side salad.

Mother's Day Dinner Menu


Includes:
A handmade Belgian chocolate truffle
Coffee or tea
Milk, juice, or soft drink
A glass of wine or sparkling wine
A colourful salad of mixed spring greens
A choice of
Maple-Pecan Salmon
Locally-raised boneless salmon fillet, glazed with maple syrup
and crusted with crushed pecans. Served with potato cakes, crisp
vegetable strudel, and roasted-pepper coulis.
Or:
"Pesto" Chicken Breast
Boneless, skinless chicken breast stuffed with ricotta cheese and
the traditional pesto ingredients: fresh basil, parmesan
cheese, pine nuts, and garlic. Served over risotto wedges, with
steamed vegetables and white wine sauce.
And for dessert, a choice of
Lemon Cheesecake
The signature richness of classic cheesecake, balanced by the light,
clean flavour of fresh lemons. Served with white chocolate sauce,
whipped cream, and fruit garnish.
Or:
Triple-Chocolate Mousse Cake
A layer each of rich dark chocolate cake, white chocolate mousse,
and milk chocolate mousse. Served with raspberry sauce, whipped
cream, and fruit garnish.
