Our chef is committed to providing diners at the Mariner's Table with
the true flavours of New Brunswick.
Our local seafood here in the Bay of Fundy is some of the best in the
world, thanks to the chilliness of the waters. Cold water produces fish
with firmer, more flavourful flesh, and our chef believes in letting the
innate flavours of the food shine through.
Aside from the seafood, New Brunswick produces a great enough variety
of produce, meats, and other ingredients to keep any cook happy for years.
Over time, as Chef Decker meets new producers and finds new products, our
menu will become ever more local and more seasonal. We invite you to come
along for the ride!
